Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be purchased directly from ashvacloud.com.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. For food products, the packaging must remain intact and sealed to ensure hygiene and quality.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, must be provided.

  • Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been opened, tampered with, or are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Perishable goods, such as food powders, that have been opened or are no longer in their original, sealed state.
  • Items purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request.
  • Items not purchased directly from AshvaCloud Enterprise (e.g., from third-party sellers or retailers).

  • Return Process

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our support team via the contact form on ashvacloud.com or through the email provided in your order confirmation within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  • Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original, unopened packaging, ensuring all seals remain intact. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the Item: Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error by AshvaCloud Enterprise (e.g., incorrect or damaged item shipped).
  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund amount will include the cost of the item(s) returned, excluding original shipping fees.
  • If the return is due to a defect or an error by AshvaCloud Enterprise, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
  • Returns that do not meet eligibility criteria may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item’s cost, at the discretion of AshvaCloud Enterprise.

  • Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. To obtain a different product, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item through ashvacloud.com.


    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery via the contact form on ashvacloud.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer either a replacement or a full refund, based on your preference and product availability. For defective items, we may request additional information to verify the issue, ensuring a fair resolution.


    International Returns

    For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Please ensure the package is clearly marked as a "Return" on customs forms to avoid additional charges. Contact our support team for specific instructions before shipping internationally.
